Gary M. Landau has been putting clients first in his law practice in South Florida for more than 25 years. Admitted to both the Florida and New York bars, Gary is a well-regarded Florida attorney in the areas of probate, real estate closings, and wills and trusts. He is also a Florida State Supreme Court certified mediator who helps parties mutually resolve their real estate or other disputes.

Gary understands that the laws about probates and real estate transactions can be confusing. He happily spends time with clients to demystify the process, so clients can feel confident as they move forward. Clients appreciate how trustworthy and approachable Gary is, yet he doesn’t hesitate to fight hard for their needs when the situation warrants.

A native of Flushing, New York, Gary got his Bachelor of Arts degree from Queens College and his Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law. He has lived and practiced in South Florida since the 1990s. 

Gary has been recognized by clients and fellow attorneys alike. Over the years, he has served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Coral Springs Bar Association and as chair of the real property section of the Broward Bar. He is a highly respected member of the Attorney’s Real Estate Council of Coral Springs and the Broward Attorneys’ Real Estate Council. His practice has been featured in the Ft. Lauderdale Sun-Sentinel, the Coconut Creek/Margate Forum, and other media.

When he’s not working on behalf of his clients, you can find Gary listening to oldies rock music, doing yoga and meditation, or getting absorbed in books about world history.
